We're Redesigning Our Website
The City of St. Charles is redesigning its website to make it easier for visitors to the website to interact with the City. Increasing community engagement is one of the priorities outlined in the City’s 2023-2027 Strategic Plan, and improving the functionality and overall user experience on the website is a key objective.
We are in the process of gathering input about how our current website is used, what works on the site, and how it could be improved. The community is invited to complete an online survey and share their thoughts. The comments submitted will provide valuable feedback. Please complete the survey by July 23.
