Paving has been completed on all 2013 streets.
Final cleanup and parkway restoration is scheduled to take place the first and second week of September.
All areas will be prepared and cleared of loose debris, such as boards, extra concrete, loose gravel and asphalt. Before the installation of sod, all areas will be prepared with topsoil. The Landscaping Company will water the new sod seven times over a 10-day period. After the 10-day period, the City is requesting homeowners assistance to maintain any newly installed vegetation. To insure the proper growth of the new sod, all restored areas should be watered every other day for a period of no less than three weeks.
